  20. I did.  I d/l'ed it this weekend.  Whenever I start it, it gives me an
  21. internal assertion failure and aborts.  Tried it a zillion different
  22. ways with no luck.  Gave it as much as 512 Kb of stack.  No luck.

  24. Oh well.  I'd really rather see xemacs anyway.  Xemacs is incredibly
  25. faster than V19 for many things, particularly if they depend on regexps.

  27. It'd be nice to get xemacs soon, though - many things these days are
  28. written only for xemacs or V19, and just won't run on V18 any more.
